How to read it
What each score means
Threat level combines market pressure (half), motive strength (three tenths) and price risk (two tenths). Where a platform has no disclosed price, the weights are re-spread across the parts that do have evidence rather than scoring the missing part as zero.
Motive strength counts the separately sourced abuse objectives documented on that platform's page, plus how varied the observed market activity and the independent sources behind it are.
Price risk places the platform's disclosed single-account median against the highest median observed across the watchlist, then adjusts for how many prices are on record and how recent the latest one is. Platforms with no disclosed price read “—”, never a filled-in guess.
A platform with fewer than three verified observations is not scored at all. Every input is listed per row, and none of these scores measure fraud on the underlying platform — they measure observable market activity around its accounts.
